Excellent tamarinds
The product is excellent, very pleased. I used to cook nice Sri Lankan rice making an artisan paste and the result has been faboulous. Organic products taste always the best!

Lovely in curries
I mix this with mustard powder, ground fenugreek, oil and chilli powder and add it to lentil based curry. Lovely flavour!
