Very Sticky
The product was great. I had two rubbber backed rugs I needed to put together. Every other tape, including regular duct tape, would not keep them together. This product was perfect. It was wide enough and the adhesive is great. Be careful when getting it off the roll because when the tape sticks to itself, you will not be able to pull it apart. Use very sharp scissors if you need to cut it.

Excellent Product but with Caveats
Roll has 50 inches of usable tape, not 60 as advertised.Packaging material sticks to edges of tape and efforts to remove nearly impossible without cutting off edges.I got pretty much what I anticipated given the difficulties of working with wide sticky tape. For those looking for estectics, this may not be your best option, but for those of us seeking functional solutions, my taped chair works for me rather than laying out another $500+ for another chair replacement.Yes, there are wrinkles in the tape but I've chosen to think of these wrinkles as giving added character to the chair plus the black tape blends well with the very dark leather / vinyl chair color.I have no doubt that this product is an excellent choice for it's advertised solutions hence the stars.

Strongest Tape I’ve Ever Used - Better get your act together before you eve open the tube!
OK, first let me say this is by far THE STICKIEST tape I’ve ever used. A couple years back our son got in a tangle with a Sonic drive thru sign and creased (actually slit) the rear passenger side door. It’s old but dependable, so we used first black duct tape and later Gorilla tape to weather seal the 15” long horizontal slit. Neither listed very long so I decided to try this product for a change.Holy cow, it sticks to everything. Make sure and have your act together before you try to use it. I thought I did, but my scissors were not sharp enough to get a nice clean cut and I wasted about 1’ of the stuff just trying to get it unwarped. Again, it sticks extremely strong to anything it touches. After prepping the surface (removing al old adhesive), I tried to put an18” long piece on my hot black metal door. I should have parked in the shade and should have also used a soapy speed tac spray like hen I install decals. Anyhoo. First tempt was not great it was cracked and had some creases but had I left it alone, it would hve functioned perfectly.I’m a perfectionist, so I decided to remove the first section of tape and put a new one on. BAD DECISION. This stuff really sticks hard on contact. I made a mess and it took all my strength to get it off. With tons of adhesive left on the door, and only about 12” of tape left, I covered the worst part then used a can of Goo Gone plus some lighter fluid to try to remove the exposed adhesive.Anyhow, for my type of use this stuff REALLY works. II’ve ordered another 5 ft roll and will do y damndest to get it light the next time.

Good product
Been using this to buy time for a complete vinyl job on storage bldg. This works great but it doesn’t like the sun. Prolonged exposure to the sun will cause it to dry out and flake off. But if inside or shaded area, will last for a long time and seals tight every time. No mistakes allowed. If you get it against itself, just throw it away. It’ll never separate. Be careful if wind is blowing.

Not as good as the commercial implies.
Maybe I was sent a defective roll? The glue works great but, if under enough stress, loses adhesion with the backing. Resulting in the glue being still attached to the object but not the tape, rendering the tape useless unless even more tape is added. Males me wonder how long that boat held together. The glue works so well that, unlike Mr. Swift in the commercial, I cannot tear off a strip with my hands. Scissors are required but the glue also sticks to them, making cutting a strip rather difficult.

Would buy it again
This product when unrolled is like saran wrap. When unrolling it sticks to everything.

Doesn't fix leaks
You know the commercial where they slap this on to stop a water leak? It makes it seem like this would be great for patching a pool, right? We tried it on a small leak in our vinyl pool, using a big strip to cover a very small leak. To be clear, this was on the outside of the pool, not underwater. The "tape" slid right off. We tried again after drying the entire area. It didn't even stick to the dry parts. There are many alternatives that are as good or better than this tape for most projects. When it comes to stopping leaks, this just doesn't work. Very misleading advertising for this product.
