Gummies stick together in clumps; that is why I rated it 4 stars instead of 5. Other brands have more concentrated cherry ingredient. Does help with inflammation.

The Tart Cherry is fabulous. It's got antioxidants and a natural form of melatonin. I've got more energy during the day and sleep better at night. The taste is delicious and easy on the stomach. I will continue to take this wonderful product for life.

I use these gummies specifically for my chronic inflammation and joint pain. I take two in the morning and immediately feel the swelling go down. My hands are the first to go when it comes to function so when I pair this with circumin and turmeric, it stops everything from slapping me around. Would recommend.

These tasted good, but didn't really help with my issue I was having with insomnia which I was told these might help. They also got hard in the jar kind of quickly. Won't reorder.

I tried to switch brands of Tart Cherry Gummies and decided on this one.. I'm just glad I purchased one bottle as these were more like chewing on tree sap or Elmer's glue! A "healthy" product such as this should not be so difficult to chew. Imagine a few years from now, when I no longer have teeth, this would have been a major task.... Without the sucking skills of a good woman, any old man who buys this would be s.o.l...-
