Q: Can i use this for my child's lips that are cracked and raw?

Thank you for your question. CUROXEN is derived from safe all-natural & organic ingredients found in nature. We do however have a Oral specific product. CUROXEL Oral is meant for any sore/cut in or around the mouth. It utilizes the same formula to prevent infection and speed healing, however it has clove oil added to numb the pain.

Q: Did your tube come with a seal under the lid? Mine didn't and it also smells really bad.

Per industry best practices, our CUROXEN First Aid Ointment does not contain a seal under the lid. Because CUROXEN is all-natural, we don't add any artificial fragrances. We know the smell is unique, but rest assured that your CUROXEN is still speeding healing and preventing infection. Your feedback is important to us and we'll keep it in mind as we continue to improve upon our products.

Q: I just received my tube and the expiration date is just a few days over 3 months away (6/2/22). Is this common practice for this product?

I can't answer that question, sorry. As long as the cap is kept on when not in use and stored & used properly it should be okay. Curoxen has a slight smell to it and as long as that smell remains the same it should be okay to use. If the texture or smell changes, I would toss it past the expiration date. I threw away a tube unopened that had expired and regretted it because the product is so hard to get ahold of now.
