Solid Pull-up Bar
I am pleased with the quality of this pull-up bar. This is thick steel and really solid. The welding looks professionally done. I didn't expect it to be this good for this price. I mounted this into the studs, through the sheetrock, in my garage with the provided lag screws. Do not use the plastic anchors if you mount it this way. It was easy to install for me, but I have been a carpenter for 20 years. But it should be easy for anyone that has some skill. Overall pleased. If I have a complaint, it would be that the box was busted and this thing came with some scratches in the paint, but it isn't a big deal for me. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to add to their garage gym set-up. I like this versus a free standing rack because you can hang this higher for someone taller, like myself.

Effective and sturdy for home use
I took a chance and installed this directly onto drywall in an interior room without a backboard. The brackets can be separated at any width in order to line them up with studs. I've had this up for a few months with regular use, and there has been no deformation of the drywall. The shipping packaging leaves something to be desired, but this is a great product at a decent price. Highly recommended for your home gym.

So far so good!
The road thus far:I’ve currently had this bar for over a week and I can definitely say I like it! It’s sturdy for my weight at around 230 lbs. The size of it makes it very practical for doing lots of different exercises.Installation:This installation requires a medium level of construction knowledge. This is NOT for beginners. Failure with the install of this bar can get you severely injured!!! I installed it on cinder block so I took some precautions to ensure my install was stable. I used tapcons to secure wood to the wall ensuring the screws had good spacing between them, in order to avoid compromising the blocks integrity. I added 2 additional pieces of wood to ensure the lag screws would be fully secure in wood. If you need to screw into a wood wall with a 48” distance between wood members then you should be all set.Quality:The bar seems very good and strong. I did discover that the metal seems a little easy to scratch. So be careful when handling out of the box.If any additional updates I will make sure to let you all know.

Solid but large chin up bar
Solidly made chin up bar that is quite large. I planned to install at home, but decided it was too big for the space I had in mind. My office has a gym and was lacking a good chin up bar, so decided to try it there.I needed to install it in very old brick. Installation took about 1.25 hours on my own using the tools in the picture. It would have gone a little faster with a second set of hands. My package came with a set of screws/bolts and wall anchors, though it wasn’t clear what type of wall surface they were designed for. I decided to buy my own Tapcon screws (3/8” x 3”) which are designed for installation in masonry. These are very substantial screws, so as long as they stay in the wall, they definitely won’t shear in half. That being said, 3/8” size screws were a very tight fit with the predrilled holes in the brackets. I did use the washers that were included in the packet.Aside from the old adage of measure twice, cut once, be careful with running the bar through the holes in the bracket too many times. If you aren’t precise with pulling the bar through the hole, the finish on the bar can be scratched by the edges of the holes.

Worth it!
I almost went with the rogue brand but am SO glad I got this. Can’t get to a conventional gym for a few months so getting the essentials at home and this bar has been a great addition. Easy to install with 2 people. Drilled right into the wall studs with the hardware provided and this thing is sturdy! I’m a female 5’7, 160 and it’s been great so far for strict strength work and conditioning like toes to bar. No complaints! Glad I saved the money and went with this option over the hyped brand name.

Super sturdy
I quickly and easily bolted this to a wall in my garage. It works great and feels like it could handle a ton of weight. I am totally happy with it

Great pull-up bar at great price!
Purchased this pull-up bar since it's less than half the price of Rogue (after tax+shipping) and Titan has been out of stock forever. This pull-up bar is just as good as either of them at a great price ($79 when I purchased). Mounted it in my garage on to 2x4's mounted into studs, and it's rock solid. Mounting hardware being included is a nice bonus as well. Would definitely recommend if you don't want to spend too much on Rogue or wait for Titan to come back in stock.

Poor quality
It comes with all the hardware. But it’s not machined very well. I’m not very good at cutting boards and such. Kept thinking it was my fault it wouldn’t go up on wall straight!!Then I realized it wasn’t made true and straight. Super frustrating after several trips to hardware store. Very thin metal as well!!Pay more for the rogue version. Put it up in 20 mins
