Although they don’t completely alleviate my chronic neck pain, they can help decrease it a fair amount. Results are best if there is symmetry on each side of my neck in the number and relative location of stickers. By day 3, they can become fairly sticky and be a bit painful to remove without using rubbing alcohol or some sort of oil. Removal can also cause some skin irritation, so I usually wait at least overnight before putting new ones in the same area.

I have being buying Phiten discs, including the precut tapes. I have found them good for muscle aches and spasms. It sticks on very well - just make sure your fingers & skin are clean, dry, and not oily, before applying; once applied, press down over the entire disc with your fingers; it will stay on even through bathing/showering for a 2-3 days, or even more, depending the location. In certain areas where you sweat more, sometimes, not often, the disc/tape may start to peel on one edge area, but usually after a couple days - just remove it and start the application process again.

I don't know how but they just work. I was buying the titanium bracelet but after reading a review someone said the X30 patches were better so I gave these a try. I put two on my knee where the pain was and went out for my walk. I swear the pain was completely gone. I told my wife this same thing and she was skeptical as I was but I still cannot believe it. I just ordered more and the tape too for her.
