Good value for money, not sure how robust they are but working well so far.Head adjustment a bit stiff but not a big problem, sound reproduction is good.

I would have liked the controller on the wire to be closer to the headphones, rather than to the laptop connection.But other than, they feel and sound more than good for my use, which is just office calls.

Great value for your money

I bought this as a replacement for a Microsoft headset (which had expired after twelve years), and unfortunately it is a failure. When it works it works very well, however, it decides of its own accord when and how to adjust the volume of the microphone. This is incredibly annoying, needless to say. When speaking with people they tell me that there is feedback, or it's cutting in and out or I have just disappeared completely. I have tried it with the noise cancellation (in Skype) in all positions and it makes no difference at all. All in all this product is, unfortunately, not fit for purpose. Two days later and it has been put back in the box as it has now stopped working completely. Absolute rubbish.Almost a week later and nothing has been heard from the company or Amazon (which is very odd I have to say). The company is in clear breach of the Sale of Goods Act, which states that products should be of merchantable quality and fit for the purpose for which they are intended. Clearly it is not in view of the fact that it does not work at all.And here we are, two weeks later and still nothing from Amazon of these people. My recommendation to any contemplating a purchase from these people is to find something from another company.
