Works great!
I love this thing. It really works great and is HOT. I only need the lowest setting. Perfect for smaller sore areas. Sometimes I even use it on my feet when they’re cold. It was a great purchase.

Auto shutoff after 20 minutes.
I don’t like that is shuts itself off after about 20 minutes. It’s irritating to keep turning it back on.

Uncomfortable to wear
I desperately need a product like this and have received relief from a flat-style Thermophone heating pad but this product is so stiff in its design that the pad isn’t able to touch my skin when I wrap it around my neck. Thus no matter the heat setting I don’t get the relief it is designed for. And sadly I think it may just be hard for a company to design a heating pad that is short enough from your shoulders to your head and pliable enough to wrap around your neck.

The hottest heating pad I have been able to find through years of physical therapy. Would not but a different brand.

"MaxHeat" and "Classic" work poorly (4"X17"). The original of 10-15 years ago worked great.
Not hot enough.Used for spinal pain.NOT A GOOD PURCHASE:I purchased both the new "MaxHeat" and "Classic" models (4"X17").The old models (10-15 years ago) worked great! I purchased based upon the older product.I suggest not to purchase the the "Classic." The "MaxHeat" good if you do not need max-heat.
