Tips for the earnest, or beginning, learner
I’ll skip the praise, there’s enough of those reviews, and the criticism as I have none, and leave a tip for anyone taking this work on with an earnest mindset who may be intimidated or easily discouraged. If you want to get the most out of this book, NOT the individual part 1, 2 & 3 volumes, but this all-in-one volume, then do yourself a favor and purchase the accompanying part 1, 2 & 3 Audiobooks on Audible and read along as Tom Campbell reads from this volume only, not the individual volumes; but this volume, and then, possibly, there is no way you can mistake the point the author is making or misinterpret his humor. His inflections are unmistakable. Another tip is to get a High-Lighter and some Post-It-Notes, then High-Light and flag the text you want or need to. Make this volume your personal reference and study guide. In the Audiobook introduction the presenter informs the listener that he or she may find the material a challenging digest and suggests the listener uses the pause button to think about a given concept in a particular sentence and use the rewind button to hear the concept again before proceeding in order to understand the succeeding concept. That is a consumer specific tip as some who are familiar with Tom Campbell’s work on YouTube, or have digested a fair amount of like information from the hard material no “woo” physicists like Lawrence Krauss and Max Tegmark et al (he does not mention by name anyone who may have dismissed him as “woo” by name – these two are just an example of the main-stream academic materialist who’ve put the “hard problem” (Which is: How does something as immaterial as consciousness arise from the material?) - into another dimension with no conclusive solution, and those with open minds like: Bruce Lipton, Rupert Sheldrake, Nassim Haramein et al – then you may not need to pause or rewind – but with High-Lighter and page flags on hand you may be able to breeze along. The only omission from the Audiobook, an obvious editorial oversight, starts in Book 2, Section 4, Chapter 56 on page 525 from the end of the “Aside” (see photo where marked) and all pages up to and including page 530. The Audiobook picks the text back up at the beginning of Book 2, Section 4, Chapter 57 on page 531 and is complete to the end to the end on page 820. It’s a magnificent performance.

A complex book.
I have finished reading this 800 pages monster of a book. T. Campbell takes the notion of Shiv, Shakti, and Nara, or Bhraman, Aatma, and Jeev, and creates a whole new system without any reference to anything that was written before. In that sense it was very refreshing. He wants the reader to be skeptic at all times. Highly recommended for readers who are familiar with the topic of consciousness and gyaan. I wish that he would have condensed the book to half of its size, but I think that he did that willingly to submerge the reader into gyaan. I am not sure yet if he wrote this book for beginner or advanced yogis. Enjoy.

Good read for Engineers and Scientists - May change your perspective and make you question much more in this world.
Good read. I stumbled (not so sure it was a stumble) upon the Monroe Institute explorer series of recordings. At first I thought they were a bunch of nut jobs or con-artists, one of their regulars was a physicist only identified as TC. After more research and giving their meditations a try, I discovered that there was much more in this world that I was not able to perceive. I was delighted to find that TC wrote this book. He does a good job of presenting the material but seems to be repetitive at times and I just wish he would get to the point. Unfortunately I think the repetition is necessary for those who are oblivious or resistant to what Tom is trying to present, to most it may seem way..way..way out there. I’m not sure if he does a good job of connecting the dots or not as I had the dots more or less connected before reading this book, he is simply one more confirmation of my thoughts. It’s nice to know there is someone much smarter than me who is coming to similar conclusions about reality and consciousness. I’m not sure a die-hard skeptic would take the time to read this trilogy. It should be manditory reading for Engineering and science students... gives good insight into human behavior/nature , especially into beliefs, pseudo-knowledge and real knowledge and how we are so culturally conditioned to limit out thinking and vision.
