What is the size of the drawer for hanging files the previous cabinet we brought does not fit my hanging suspension file it is a few centimetres too s

The filing cabinet drawer has rails that takes files that are about 33cm wide. This is smaller that many, a more standard width between rails is about 38.5cm. I made the same mistake and bought the wider suspension files, then had to buy some for the 33cm wide rails. You just need to check the width before buying, I’m afraid. Although the cabinet is advertised as for A4 files, it is barely wide enough for this.

does it come with a set of keys to lock?

Yes 4 keys 2 for each drawer although the lock is the same.
