I was on the fence about trying a vibration plate. This plate is fairly heavy to move around but the weight offers very good stability for exercising. The plate offers three intensity options based on foot placement…walking, jogging and running. The wider your stance is the more challenging your exercise vibration becomes. The instruction booklet is poorly written and mostly useless. There are multiple exercise modes but the instructions give you no direction. The plate default mode is basic vibration for 15 minutes. So far, I’ve only used basic 15 minute mode but it gives you a good workout. I can tell that my quads and glutes are being worked. I found the key to a good workout is to flex the knees. This stance prevents uncomfortable shaking of the head and neck. Your entire body will be vibrating but the primary impact I’ve seen is waist, hips and thighs!! Too early to comment on significant impacts but I do see that there are muscle tightening benefits to a vibration plate. I positioned my plate in front of a window for the view and the window frame helps me to balance if needed and I can place the operating remote in the window seal while I exercise. This unit does not have a standing grab bar. It does come with clip on elastic bands to exercise the arms if desired. It does come with a remote. Very useful! You need to be standing on the unit before it starts moving.Overall, I would recommend a vibration plate for an easy and environmentally controlled workout. This plate was a good purchase and I would recommend it to improve muscle tone, to improve balance and to improve lymphatic and blood flow.

I'm comfortably retired & can't be bought, this is an honest review.My 1st vibration plate but very satisfied. It's quiet yet powerful & bigger than most others. My wife & I (upper 60's) use it daily & so far all good but it's only been a few weeks. I like the neuropathy bumps & the different programs let me just push a few buttons & let it cycle through different speeds.I have vertigo so just balancing on it at its slowest speed was difficult at first but now I can handle all its speeds & my vertigo seems more manageable (on or off it). My wife had knee alignment issues needing a chiropractor every couple of weeks but her last appointment needed very little adjustment & she may be able to go less often.I'm not a Dr & in no position to say the vibration plate caused these results, we have complex lives. But I can say we're experiencing these results now & have been using this vibration plate for several weeks. And I also can say we struggled a lot more w/our conditions prior to using it.

I love the machine and the quality is great. I was very disappointed that there were no instructions on how to use it.It came with accessories, but no instructions on how to hook them up to the machine.I "learned" to use it by trial and error and still have no idea what all the machine is capable of doing.The advertisement makes many claims, but doesn't tell how to do it. (I can tell that the booklet was not written by an American!)I haven't had the machine long enough to notice any weight loss, but I have noticed an increase in my energy level after using the machine.

Great product- soothing for muscles and gets the blood circulating, for sure! It came with elastic cables for biceps, a jump rope and a remote control- mine did have a small instruction manual, which was helpful. Overall, extremely easy to use and very pleased with product.

I so appreciate owning this vibration plate! I like the present functions so you dont have to think about changing it up.

I like everything about it except there are not clear instructions on use and the power cord is way too short. I was confined in an awkward area and limited to where i could put it. Also there was nothing listed on the product what type of cord. Found a 25-foot 10/125w.

Works well for helping with water retention. My kids like it cause they jiggle.
