Awesome little printer
I print very little and that means I face issues when I try to print suddenly after weeks.I recently had the Brother printer that does scanning, printing and everything else. When not using it or keeping it unplugged regularly the inks go bad so I found out about this laser printer and since it uses "dry" ink I don't have to worry about the ink getting bad even if i don't use it often.I don't need color printing and use scan apps on my phone when needed...honestly how many home users actually prints color? so this is ok for me.I love the fact that how small it is compared to the traditional brother printer I have.Only drawback is the paper tray which does take up space and I would prefer not to have the paper collecting dust since they will not be in an enclosed tray. Since I don't use the printer often i just put the tray back up and not have the paper on it. This avoid having to print on dusty paper that has been seating on the tray for long time and save the space.Overall, I'm very happy with overall setup and FAST and CRISP printing AND I no longer have to worry about liquid ink going bad!PRO : SMALL SIZE. FAST CRSIP LASER PRINT, EASY WIRELESS PRINT, INK WILL BE GOOD EVEN IF USED OCCASIONALYCON: No color print, No Scan, Paper Tray design

Negative 1 Buyer Beware
This printer is just a piece of plastic junk. Today makes just over a week without a printer. After 4 days or doing everything I was told to do in troubleshooting, I gave up and called HP. It may be covered on the warranty, but let me be the first one to tell you or maybe the 1 millionth person to tell you HP Customer Service is nonexistent. You will literally go in circles over and over and over chat is a waste of your time. You will be entering the same information and being sent in circles and ask the same question 1 billion times I promise you if you pay a dollar for this 30, 50 or 100 is still gonna be a piece of junk. The so-called feature of these newer HP LaserJet printers where they supposed to automatically correct and connect. Stay connected to the Internet is a piece of hog wire. They know it the agents know it and the company know it when you contact them and you actually get a human on the phone you have to be on the phone for hours and days on the end before they will connect you to a supervisor or manager like me. They so-called escalated my call and that so-called manager pretty much wasted my time and another four days Here I am clients waiting. I cannot complete my work. I’m having to attempt to write down everything which is not working because it’s a ton of massive amount of stuff to write down in my business. Finally, I told him I did not want the same printer they refused my request and they are sending me a replacement that will take the entire weekend till Tuesday to get here. They charge my card for one dollar And told me that I can return the faulty printer, but it is not considered received until it is at their company not at the carrier so even if you send it to them through the carrier if something happens, guess what you’re still responsible . In addition, of course, it’s too late to return to Amazon. I wish I had never chose Hewlett-Packard printers. I wish I had went with the reviews and went with a totally different company. They are not customer focus customer friendly, and they do not adhere to the warranty. He told me that this printer would have to be replaced a full two times before they will even consider maybe sending a refund pretty much I’m out of the money I spent.

Don’t buy this
This printer worked fine for about a month. As soon as the cartridge it came with ran low it refused to print. Understandable. So like anyone would do I installed a new one which they shipped to me for free. Sounds wonderful right?Wrong. I have not been able to get this thing to recognize that it has a brand new full cartridge as it keeps saying it’s low. I reset it, reset the wifi, and tried every single possible solution you could think of which took me about 4 hours.Thankfully, the people of Youtube and Reddit were kind enough to elaborate on how TERRIBLE HP printers are in generally. I literally couldn’t find a single positive comment on these printers and I completely understand why.Don’t even bother trying to contact support they’re just as clueless as you the buyer. If you’d like to waste some money then this is the printer for you. Definitely returning this as soon as I can. Again don’t waste your time on this. I’m really in awe of the great reviews on here because my God, I have never not been able to troubleshoot and solve a technological device such as this.

printing is nice and clean
Print quality is great. Laser is the way to go if you need volume, it will easily save you money over inkjet. Only pain in the butt is the subscription toner service. It works fine and cartridges are sent on time but if I do run out and have to grab a toner from the store the printer gives warning after warning that I'm using a store bought toner and it will not monitor it correctly even though it's still an HP toner.

Great B&W basic printer
Product works great for home printing. Wireless is a treat and it works well with Apple devices such as iPhone and iPad too. We had to replace the ink on it quickly due to the first cartridge only being a starter one, however, the replacement seems to have latest a while. It was nice to see that HP also provides a prepaid label for recycling the older cartridge.

Easy as pie to use/set-up
Im of a certain age to where technology is not easy for me to figure out..I usually have to get someone to set things up for me. I needed a printer for light printing jobs and bought this. It arrived and I could hear my mother talking to my father in my head "read the instructions" ( he thought he could always figure things out on his own..usually couldnt"), so I read them. Anyway..I did it all on my own. .its an easy step by step with drawings to show how to set it up....and just when i thought..".how do i...???" it would answer it in the next step. I set it up on my iphone as well as my computer in about 10 easy minutes. It prints well also.Like I said..I need this for light printing things, and its the perfect size to easily store. Highly recommended by a technology impaired person.
