Item is working but seems to be old/used
The product is working but can be clearly seen old or used....The packing was also torn from multiple places.... Sadly had ordered for someone at a short notice of time so couldn't go for replacement.... Consecutive second bad experience with the product within a week....Had to repack the entire unit in a box not apt as per the size🙄

Works well. Not sure about durability as plastic flimsy.
Spring is strong (also noisy)- tosses the ball high. We used for a science project. Plastic is a little flimsy so not too sure about durability. But ok for the price.
