Quality bamboo basket with gorgeous vivid colors. Came well wrapped in beautiful paper. Just the right size for our family. The description shows reindeer but the actually basket has elephants (which I prefer any way).

What beautiful colors and wonderful weave. Fabulous craftsmanship throughout. I'm very pleased. The package arrived ahead of the estimated delivery date. The package inside the shipping box was extremely well packed and to my surprise there is a lovely sheet of handcrafted botanical paper placed inside the basket. It's every bit as wonderful as the basket itself.For illustration purposes I've included a photo of two cups of steamed rice in a photo. It t possibly could hold three cups? Two pretty much fills it though. The photo of the botanical paper really can't capture how beautiful it is.When I ordered this I sort of expected a little larger basket. However, 2 full cups of steamed rice will feed 5 to 6 people as a side dish and 2 easily for a main course. I already have planned on buying atleast one more basket for myself. Different style and color of course.Actually, these make wonderful decorative pieces even if you don't want to put rice in them.I can tell right now that I'm going to up the amount of chili Jam and dipping sauce I'm making.

This is beautiful, sturdy rice basket. I love it. The only thing I would have to point out is that it is very small.

The basket precisely matches the photos and measurements in the description. It's a great size for a shared meal and seems solidly woven. The packaging was a wonderful surprise. The basket came neatly packed with beautiful recycled paper and pressed flowers and leaves. I'm thrilled to give this as a gift. If I need another serving basket, I'll most likely try to buy another one from this company!

If you can remember when youbwere a kid and your mother had one of these on the table, you've got to smile! Just like the one we used when I was young!! Reminds me of her everytime I pull it out!
