Amazingly fast growing and resilient. We have awful soil in our road and my next door neighbour has all but given up trying to get seed to take. I originally had a wild garden weeds infested with onion grass and self seeding hell. after clearing it adding lime to rid me of onion grass and reduce acidity i thougt id give seed a try before rushing to get turf. i didnt expect much as it was cheap and id never seeded a lawn before. The pictures show just 10days growth from nothing to almost a total lawn. Areas are still filling but thats my fault i rolled the soil too compact after seeding so these areas are taking longer to push through but bit by bit they are. This seed grows fast and is a lovely grass. ive also patched the established lawn and within 5 days that is almost fully patched and the new seed is far superior than what was there that im tempted to dig rest up and seed it with this. I chose it because i have a female dog and i wanted resilience and comfort as she love laying in garden and she loves it already especially as she has two big grass areas now! grows thick and strong and already holding up well with her running on it so thumbs up for performance. Cant recommend more!

Sowed seed mid- June when we had showery rain so did not burn in the heat. Grew quickly as it was in the low 20’s. First light cut was ~5 weeks later which then made the grass thicken up. The grass colour is a dark green so something to think about if you have a lighter coloured lawn if you are patching or part re-sowing a lawn. Overall very pleased and over 4 months later has stayed thick and hard wearing.NOTE:- If sowing after Spring keep watering regularly(4-5 times weekly) for the first 3 months whilst getting established as it started to thin in places where the ground was drying up too quickly during the summer months.

Grew very fast filled patchy areas within weeks it all looked the same

Over two weeks and still very little to show from my over seeding cover I'm afraid. I still have bald patches on my lawn where I seeded. There ar small random areas of green showing through but generally I am very dissappointed in the results.

Quick growing grass seed. I bought this at the end of the season I didn't know if it would do much to my surprise I have lush dark green grass ready for next season buy in confidence I know I'll be back for more

The media could not be loaded. This seed is not fast took about 2 weeks before any growth started. All other seed I have used in the past has been faster without being called turbo. Video is from 3 weeks of growth and watered daily.
