This is American which I didn't realise so the rooms have different names and it mentions fall instead of autumn. It has lots of pages. Bought as a present.Would benefit from places to slip receipts or other info into.

Je suis généralement difficile à satisfaire en terme de carnet de note puisque je construit généralement mes outils moi même, mais c'est exactement ce que je voulais et même plus. Je suis très contente de l'avoir commandé. Seul petit bémol il y a une faute de frappe répétée sur plusieurs pages mais sinon c'est parfait.

Not really what I needed. Not much space to put in your own preventive maintenance tasks that are needed to be done throughout the house. This book is very general. It provides a lot of sheets to fill-in. Maybe it is a good book for brand new homeowners. If you are an experienced homeowner, this book will not be useful. I was looking for a book with many ideas on what preventive schedule I should do each month. This book is just a basic book sitting back for a refund.

Very disappointed once I got into the book. There are 1/2 dozen pages of recommended monthly and season maintenance for inside and outside your home. The rest of the book is for you to fill in, which is what I was looking for, lists to check off and logs for me to stay up with maintenance. What I really couldn’t get past was all the spelling and grammar errors. Really? There was no proofreading?!?! That is just unacceptable.

There were only a handful of useful pages, not spiral bound which would have added touch, no tabs another touch. Mostly room inventory which is useless if you have a camera and computer. The indoor and outdoor monthly calendar sections too small; just not as useful as hoped for. I am a serious planner so maybe more pictures of inside would have steered me away. I literally wound up using about 10% of book, opened the spine and the rest is scrap paper. So sorry for the review but it is not a useful tool in its present configeration.
