Great quality. Was what I needed to attach to a sling pack. Slightly larger than what I expected but it allows you to pack alittle more. Cover strap was alittle hard (maybe longer would be better) to close over a tourniquet but functional in the end.

I didn't want a huge honkin' IFAK with 200 bells and whistles. This one stores 2 Israeli pressure dressings, a tourniquet, and Rapid Seal wound gel. Perfect for a basic IFAK.

It holds what I consider to be the essentials (list below). It seems to be durable enough for my purposes, but if you want something for "duty use" or a combat-type environment, you probably want something different. This is a budget option for holding everything I need it to, and provides functional access. And the Tourniquet is accessible without opening the entire pouch.The "rip-away" or "tear-away" feature that they advertise is non-existent. It looks like they intended for the molle straps to pull up and out of the attachment loops, but the metal snaps at the ends of the straps don't fit through the plastic strap-retainers. I guess you could force it with enough pressure, but in a high-stress situation where you're in pain and the pouch is mohnted at your side, I don't see it happening.Fortunately, the way the pouch opens up allows for ready-access to all components. It'll just open up still attached to your kit.TL;DR:Serviceable, but not recommended for duty-use or combat-use. Spend the extra money and buy something better if you're a professional or anticipate being in those types of environments. Very flexible item to carry medical inhalers etc.

The front most pouch easily fits my box cutter with holster which is nice and the red strap makes pulling the whole thing open without unzipping and laying it flat near instant if you don't have time to fiddle with zippers.

I got this to keep a readily available small first aid kit on my day pack. I was surprised by how little it actually holds. In fact, with two windlass style tourniquets, it's pretty much full without anything else added.If you have a stat trauma pack, not even the two tourniquets will fit.I'd hoped to be able store the contents of a small first aid kit I picked up a while back, and even with as little as what was in that kit, I can't fit all of it in this pack.Do yourself a favor and get a larger pack. Something you can store some gauze in, as not even a single roll will fit in this one if you have literally anything else in it.

Makes me feel like a doctor. Delivered a baby with this pack!

Great product, holds medical gear well only issue I have is that it sticks out quite far from my vest especially when fitted with a tourniquet. Overall good quality product.
