These thermostats are useful for knowing the actual temperature for your Fridge/Freezer. This is important for food safety. The construction is a little chinsy. Some parts might be loose on arrival. But it should come with a tiny screwdriver that allows you to carefully open up the case and put the battery (or whatever is loose) back in place.

This is a perfect fridge thermometer, it’s accurate, fast and perfect size. It’s easy to unbox and get it going. If you want to have a different angle it’s hanging you can squeeze the hanger and remove it and flip it. Just be careful if you want to use a flathead or tool to help you out. It is durable though! It’s easy to read as well! Perfect purchase to monitor the different levels of the fridge to insure the temperature is safe for your food. Please insure your fridge inside is able to hold a magnet if you want to have it that way since mine did not reason why I gave the tip to flip the hanger to have it hang in the front. You can also use the hanger to have it propped up sitting in a drawer.

One of the flip out stands was broken on arrival,pretty cheaply made,they work but for how long!

I bought this to use for a mini fridge where we store medications. It has been so helpful. I can see at a glance how stable the temp in the fridge is and trust our meds are stored properly. It's a small device and sort of felt fragile in my hand but it has stood up well with no malfunction whatsoever. I wasn't sure I'd use the 2nd thermometer but I use it in our main fridge and love that I can see how cold it is. It's amazing how quickly I've come to rely on checking the temps and making adjustments with weather shifts. I'm so glad I got these and I would definitely purchase again.
