The bamboo box corner cracked after use it for three times, I did not know how to fix it. The bamboo also poke hand, because the crack.

We love tofu, and my wife has been using just a big bowl to make them. Thought this is handy and gave it a try.After the 2nd batch of tofu making, one side of the wood already has 1/2 of the edge not attached to the other side, showing a 5mm gap, don’t believe it can take any more pressure.Too bad, we had high hope for it.

Material is good, easy to clean. But it seems not going to last. One of the corners cracked after first use. Hopefully it will not fall apart soon. Not sure it is quality issue or I just got a bad apple.

Arrived full of green mold. Seems used and without a proper wood coating.

For our first time making tofu, sunflower tofu, and all other iterations, this press has been awesome! Beautiful wood & quality

Been used to make home-made paneer- like cheese. Yes I know it is not authentic, but it works. Making tofu is only slightly different. The wooden structure is easy to wash and is presumably hygienic as no stomach upsets yet from using it.

Non l’ho ancora utilizzato ma sembra ben fatto. È arrivato ben confezionato all’interno di una scatola. Le istruzioni sono in inglese, francese e spagnolo, ma ci sono comunque dei disegni e tutto risulta molto intuitivo
