It's good and reliable
The product is good sturdy and of hard material....but I gave it four star because the lower shelf of the stand is small it's not big enough to keep another water dispenser of 20 litre on it and one side of the foot stand is smaller so it shakes a little but otherwise if you ask me it's just excellent and u can go for it...it's a value for money product... easy to use as it is not heavy and appearance is nice not bulky just fine for daily use
