Received this chair as described and assembled very easily... clear instructions. Purchased two chairs from other sources and they were returned because of one major problem... not comfortable! The seat and back with lumbar makes this chair very acceptable. Most of the seats in chairs I reviewed had "risers" on the sides and front which cut off my circulation or pinched my hips... this one is mostly flat so that it sits comfortable. I use mainly at my desk with computer keyboard, so folding arms are required to free my elbows to type, and use for comfort when just surfing. The lumbar is adjustable and the only way I can sit in the chair for hours without back pain. Chair is medium weight (not heavy duty) and rolls easily. Mu previous chair had 1.5" wide rollers and these are 2" which I think helps to roll on my carpet protector. The tilt backward is a bit stiff but expect will loosen with time. This is medium duty chair that meets my needs perfectly for now.

This was very easy to put together and is very comfortable. The only issue is that the arms are a bit low, so I got some padded arm rests to be able to rest my elbows on. The chair adjusts easily for height, rotates well and the arms can be pushed up out of the way. The back support is good and the chair is well built and feels solid. The seat is wide, good length, and is very comfortable.

This is a nice chair for the money. I like the movable armrests. The seat is well padded and mesh back is comfortable. although the sliding plastic back support didn't seem to make much difference.This chair is a great fit for someone of small to average size. As a plus sized person, I found the chair to be a little uncomfortable after extended use. The seat area is plenty wide enough but after sitting for a while I became sore. However, I believe this is because of my weight and the amount of time I spend sitting. I have a desk job and typically spend 8+ hours a day sitting even with frequent breaks to get up and move around.This chair wasn't listed as big & tall and likely isn't meant for larger people. I'm offering that perspective in hopes it's helpful to others. :)For reference, I am about 5'7" and 240 lbs.I ended up offering the chair to my teen daughter and she loves it, no complaints.Bottom line, I think this chair is a good value for the money and is perfect for someone of smaller to average size. If you're a big & tall person or spend long hours at your desk, you may want to keep looking for something that offers more support.

This chair came with clear instructions, and it was easy to assemble. The chair is comfortable, and it far exceeded my expectations, based upon the price.

Was able to assemble the chair in an hour (I'm a slow meticulous assembler). Great instructions. The chair has a solid feel and is very comfortable in a straight forward, utilitarian way.Note: if you are used to and/or want a more 'easy chair' type of office chair, this might not be for you. We are replacing a decade(s) old desk chair that had a traditional padded backrest. But this lighter and more airy 'HermanMiller' type of chair is what we wanted, at a fraction of the 'HermanMiller' price tag!

I am on the Shorter side and normally have issues with most desk chairs. This chair is one of the most comfortable chairs I have had in a long time. I recently got a standing desk and needed to get a chair I could use with it. I went through several, and kept this one.The adjustable lumbar support works amazing with my back issues and having to sit at my desk form over 8 hour a day some days. The padding in the chair is also better than most, its comfortable to sit long periods of time. I also love the arm feature that you can have them down, or is you prefer you can fold them up and not use them, and they are NOT in the way when they are folded up.It was super easy to put together and even upgraded the wheels of the chair to the "Heavy duty roller" wheels, and makes it much easier to move.Overall, I would highly recommend this chair if your looking for something new.

I agree with the overall statement from the reviewer who said it is not worth the money, but I think it deserves more than one star.I bought it strictly based off the reviews. Another reviewer said it is worth maybe $50. It's worth a little more than that to me, but absolutely not full price. Had I seen this in first person, I would not have bought it, but now that it's assembled, I don't feel like tearing it down, repacking, and sending it back.If you are a big person, whether tall or overweight, this chair might be too small. For slim, short, or petite, it should work fine.Pros:- Very easy to assemble. Instructions are clear.- Seat cushion is nice and somewhat soft.- Rolls around easily.- Back rest is nice and pretty firm. I wish it was a little softer.- I like how the arm rests fold up. My last chair did not.Cons:- Absolutely not worth full price (to me).- Back is not adjustable at all.- Arms rests have very little padding.- Only the base is steel. Arms rests and back are all plastic.- Seat looks big until I realized the curved back takes several inches of it away.I will keep it, but will shop for my next chair in person. It is way too much money so much plastic.

I am pleased with my purchase of this chair. I found it easy to assemble. The instructions were clear. I have been using the chair for a few weeks now and find it comfortable to sit. I work from home one day a week, and the chair meets my needs.
