How loud is the chime and is just one ringtone

Quite loud cos I am deaf and can hear it. Also rings on my phone.

Aosu doorbell is amazing, fantastic pictures day and night, much cheaper than ring 4 and no extra monthly fees

How can I save battery life, can I turn of the bell from the app, it's already set on the second lowest setting to reduce battery use any advice

You could switch off movement sensor and night vision though don't know how much battery that would save. I just depends on usage. You could connect it to en external power supply which would automatically keep the battery Charged.

Just got this doorbell used lead supplied and several other plugs its not charging will need to return-seems to be charging now?

Takes a while to first charge, have you downloaded the app? My lead connects to usb plug then I check the app on screen to see if it’s charged, not the greatest way as they could of put a section on the app about battery life, as difficult to see on the screen what percentage the battery is at, Hope this helps x
