Tiny mud particles make it non edible
I searched and based on reviews bought this amarath grain but despite multiple washes and then cooking the grain still had multiple tiny mud particles that make it non edible.Poor quality its a waste do not buy please instead find something from your local shops nearby

Good product, can see that it's not heavily processed
As it states it's minimally processed presence of those few black seeds left out or got skipped while hulling tell us that . I have read few comments saying there are few black grains & the product seems not processed properly, but that is what we are asking for when choosing Organic or unpolished or minimally processed. It's obvious since Rajgira or amaranth are seeds & hence have black hull/ coat . I am sometimes amazed by how ignorant consumers can be.
