I had a pair of golf shoes that were just a little snug. Bought these thinking they would give me more room and they were perfect. Even though they are super thin, the foam is pretty dense and they still provide enough cushioning. Nicely packaged, don't worry about buying a larger size. They are easy to trim with sharp scissors. Just trace around your old insole, trim and you're good to go. They are completely flat and do not have built in arch support or anything like that.

If you want your shoes to feel and/or fit better, don’t waste your money on anything else. If you need a certain kind of support, go to a foot doctor—anything “orthotic” is a scam. These feel great and last a long time.

These work great with my half-length orthotics. Would like them to be a bit wider in the toe area, especially for the larger sizes - there is a gap between the sides of my shoe and the Spenco. Since these often need to be trimmed anyway, it wouldn't be a big deal to need to trim more up front.

I use to buy these with every pair of shoes I bought in the shoe star...at $20 a pop. I have acidic sweat and am very fidgety, so my toes are constantly digging into the insoles of my shoes. Most insoles last a few weeks at best, some only days. These Spenco insoles come with a one year guarantee and I have never had to take them up on that warranty. In some shoes they have lasted 2 years plus. I was no longer able to find these in the shoe stores in my area, so I was very happy to seem them available on Amazon and at a good price.
