This is really GREAT stuff! It's HOT, but not too hot. It's great on chicken, and select other stuff. Oh, and did I mention it was HOT? Now, this isn't Scorpion or Ghost level hot (which I like, BTW) but it's hot enough to get your attention. My wife does'nt particularly like really hot stuff (she used to whine about japapenos). But now, she'll eat some of this, tell me it's "hot!", but then come back for more...which is a testament to the excellent flavor of this wing sauce. We've used it for wing sauce (once), and I've used it for dipping sauce with wings more than a few times. But, it also cooks very well, and we've used it as a coating for chicken nuggets before they go in the air fryer, and then afterwards as a dipping sauce. In the end, we've probably used this more as a dipping sauce than a wing sauce. Either way...highly recommended!! I LOVE this stuff!

This mustard adds unique and amazing flavor. I now use it almost daily in my sandwiches. Other mustards can take a hike. Spice is relatively mild so don't worry about that.

great on burritos, eggs, chicken, even pizza. 10/10 this is a must try. But why are you reading a review for a hot sauce?

Just a great tasting mustard. I saw this product on a you tube video for something else, and was happy to find it on Amazon. Quite a large bottle, should last a long time.I've tried a lot of mustards in my 60+ years. I use horseradish blends mostly, but this is the first habanero blend that has earned a spot in my fridge door!

My husband loves this sauce! He said it has great flavor just the right amount of heat and he literally could eat it on anything. Definitely worth a try. He likes all of the Melinda’s sauces but said this is the best out of all of them.
