This stuff is quite a bit stronger than the apple cider vinegar that I am used to. I definitely had to get used to not using as much. It's certainly tasty.One odd thing though is that it's completely lacking a vinegar mother. For something that has "with mother" has a major selling point, the lack of a vinegar mother is a bit strange.I have been using it as the vinegar in my oil and vinegar salad dressing. It's good for that.

Yeah I do love good apple cider vinegar in my salad dressing. I found it in the grocery store up north, but now it’s Amazon.
