Prestige Marvel Glass 3 Burner Gas Stove (Black)

WORST PRODUCT - NEVER BUYI had the worst experience of my life with this Gas stove. I bought this 4 months ago on April 2 2018 and started using it in May 2018Today when my wife and mother were cooking in kitchen and my 1 year old baby was nearby playing, the glass top blasted and the glasses were scattered all over in the kitchen.Luckily no one got hurt but this was a major incident and really disappointing with such a brandI launched a complaint with prestige and they said they will send an electrician asap. No one came even in 4 hours and after multiple followups a guy name ‘Amin’ finally came to check. This guy started putting blames on us and said we dont know how to use a gas properly. I dont know how many ways you can use a gas. We were just using all three stoves at same time. If that is not the way then the company should put this on the description. Then the guy when told that he is not right he started misbehaving and arguing in high pitch trying to act oversmart. Obviously he didnt had such incident in his house so i dont expect him to understand but for all of you who are even thinking once to buy this product, please dontI am going to consumer court now as i dont expect any help from prestige anymore but i wish amazon to remove and ban this product from purchase as these things are spoiling their credibility

Device is faulty... 1 burner not working.. leaking gas... no support from amazon and prestige... I had to get someone from outside and paid 700 for his visit and replacing parts

I received this project from Amazon and I started using it in normal course. From first day itself I was suspecting a gas leakage however I ignored thinking Prestige is a quality brand and I should not think about gas leakage in a high cost quality tested product. I kept using it for about two weeks from date of receipt.One day I put on pressure cooker to have Khichdi for me and went to finish my other pending household work. After about 10 mins when I did not hear pressure cooker whistle, I went into kitchen to check and I was complete shocked. Gas stove was off, whole kitchen was full of gas and plastic nob of one burner which I was using was completely melt with other surrounding plastic parts! It didn’t take a second for me to understand that my doubt was correct and there was a gas leak from stove nob and due to this nob caught fire and melt.With a forceps I somehow turned the nob off but still there was a smell of gas. I opened doors and windows for some time so that confined gas goes out. After that when I used a lighter to see if gas still leaking, I was more surprised to see that even in turned off state, I was able to lit the gas stove. This can be seen in the pics I attached. If you are thinking about buying this stove, just imagine about the consequences this incident might have. I was lucky enough that there was nothing inflammable around gas stove otherwise the situation would have been worst.I complained Amazon about this and they simply told to go to Prestige. When Prestige technician came, I told him that this product was defective from day one but they were not ready to understand. They just repaired it with visible marks of repairing (uneven nobs, different color). So ultimately I got a repaired product in the cost of 4000 rupees.Besides this, even if I talk about the overall quality of the product, it doesn’t appear to worth spending 4000 rupees. You can find similar quality product in 2000-2500 rupees from other companies.All in all it is a bad buy for me and I would definitely not like to recommend this product to anybody.

Today it was burst.God is great and family escaped.We have noticed forming hole at passes route of gas.Dont know how it was happen .Why it was happen....Need explanation

HORRIBLE PRODUCT.MUST NOT BUY. Look at the photographs that we have shared. The entire glass top has bursted to small pieces. Fortunately none of my family members were hurt but this is highly disappointing, knowing such products are being sold by Amazon and Prestige has reduced to such poor quality grade. We have raised a compliant but there is no response yet. Hope we get some positive response from the Support team.
