I’ve had trouble sleeping deeply for years since I had kids and then cared for my elderly mother. I tend to overthink and these stop thoughts ticking over in my head. Even if something wakes me (husband snoring or sound outside) I fall back to sleep quickly. I feel more happy during the day because I’m sleeping better and feel less anxious. A win for me. There is a back taste but I brush my teeth after and it’s worth it to have a restful night.

These are great and really help me to sleep. However, they work a bit too well sometimes and I find it hard to wake up. I tend to use these if I have struggled to sleep for a few nights due to my ADHD and if I don't have anything planned for the next day.

Absolutely shocking. Gummies were stuck together but decided to try anyway. Ordered and delivered end of September, when I looked it turns out they went out of date in August. I've opened it but hope to get a full refund given the circumstances. Check the best before date!

These gummies are great for helping to get me to sleep

I have been buying these Gummies for quite a while, but when I received the last order yhry were all stuck together and slightly congeled and I felt as though they were old stock.

Does what it says .It works

They taste very nice easy to take but I can take one and still be awake 4 hours later. I'm not keen on lavender at all so maybe that doesn't help but I tried them for the month and I wont be buying them again.Will try the hair skin and nails one though see if it helps with other issues.I would say they're worth a try for the price and try the full month then decide whether its worth it or not as I'm sure these will help some people.
