I suffer from grinding my teeth , so a year ago my 'helpful' dentist charged me £275 for a gum shield designed to my teeth by taking a mould. When I lost this mould he explained that it would be another £275. So I tried various "Most recommended" gum shields on Amazon which were not as good as the original as it felt like each shield was awkward and cumbersome. This product from Koheel is THE perfect fit . So lightweight you really do not know it's there plus the shield is limpit like against my upper teeth. It just stays in place . I actually enjoy putting it in at night! Also the big plus is that if you don't get the right design when you first create the shield ...you just put it back in hot water, and it goes back to the original mould, until you get it right. This is totally the one to buy. So glad I found it !

Just cut my gums each night they claim if you’re not happy they will send a different one free. So emailed them but never heard anything back

I brought this due to someone's come to of 5 stars and boom is as good as they say easy to fit to teeth took a few attempts to get the best fit comfortable hardly notice its there. Thin unlike others that are thick I was surprised that it had two in the pack and will be back for more when needed as I suffer with rem sleep desorder and sleep apnea I find this better than the dentist so if your struggling look no further I haven't regretted and would recommend to friends

These arrived well packaged. I moulded it following the instructions and it becomes extremely flexible. But it also becomes sticky. I found this quite tricky to handle. I remoulded several times but each time when the plastic cooled it shrank a little and made the guard uncomfortable to wear. It doesn’t end up with complete contact on my palette and feels like it’s pulling the teeth inwards. Not sure I’ll manage to wear it all night.Would hesitate to recommend.

I am a teeth clencher at night and really like this guard. I previously used a similar guard which was a very similar style but also covered the front teeth. I wanted something equally as light weight that just covered the sides and molars, this guard fits the bill perfectly. Can take 2 or three goes to get the fit just right but easy to remould. It can feel a little sticky when soft but fine if you are careful. My preference is to wear on the bottom teeth and this is nice and comfortable (Iam petite and have a small mouth) . So far lasting well and I've ordered a second pack to have in.

If you have any missing teeth it is very difficult to mould.The blurb states it’s not suitable for those with two or more teeth missing.I would say if you have any teeth missing within the moulded area, it is unusable.The only good thing is if you stick it back in hot water, it returns to its original state.However, I have tried 20 odd times to make a good fit. Just not happening.

These are ok. When heated and moulded to your teeth it fits perfect, however when it then cools down the plastic obviously shrinks a bit making it feel tighter on the teeth. This resulted in me waking up with some dental discomfort after wearing it all night. Not sure if its even possible to resolve this. Value is good for what you get and super easy to mould to teeth.
