Finally found the one for me.
Just the ease of one shot a day, and I have been able to stop taking 3 other supplements.Update 14/09/23But I have have found an alternative made by the same company at only £16.99, does exactly the same job, same ingredients and only need to 15ml per day

Seems to do what it says!
Collagen is the ‘glue’ for your body so this is essential for bones tendons etc. It’s difficult to tell if this product does the job because it’s to do with the inside of your body, but I have this on a subscription and have been taking it for about 6 months.The taste is not really ‘berry’ flavoured! It’s not that pleasant but I take it like a ‘shot’ and then have a drink of water straight after it to get rid of the taste.
