Home needed a new HVAC, service man recommended this product for my home
It has been installed and runs well. Very quiet. So far so good.

Buy something else
Buyer beware, I bought a 3 ton unit 6 years ago, not from Amazon from a distributor. My ac has broken every year since 2020 same part. The motor for the fan , my ac guy has told me he has to change one motor every couple of weeks. Defective product that was purchased by the Japanese in 2012.

Delivered on time. Customer service was excellent.THIS UNIT IS NOT A HEATER A/C combo. Runs great though!

Easy install but compressor is noisy
Looks good and lowered bill by about $100. I just wish it wasn't so noisy, sounds like its coming from compressor so hopefully I'll get some life out of it.Edit: Compressor is still noisy. Technician said may be a bad compressor.

Nice inexpensive unit
This unit fit in place of a 20 year old Coleman split unit with very little modifications. Make sure to fully inspect for damage upon arrival. The materials are a little more flimsier than the previous unit, but all in all, I would recommend it for a replacement unit.

Liquid line fault
Did no like the way the liquid liquid line connection is design, it's poor ,if it was the low side it would be not so bad, these type of design is prone to leak, if i had known i would not have purchase it .
