I love these liquid vitamins. They get into your system quickly and work very well.

Wow! This stuff makes a big difference. I could not find it anywhere for a while and was feeling sluggish, so I was happy that it was available again on Amazon. (The store that I used to buy it from no longer carries it.)The 1st Step for Energy liquid multivitamin & mineral is the best multivitamin I have ever used; it is worth its weight in gold. I love that is has minerals in addition to the vitamins. Also, I cannot eat anything too early in the morning and multivitamins in pill form will upset my stomach, but I can take a full dose of 1st Step for Energy first thing in the morning. It's a magic elixir without caffeine.

I love this liquid vitamin! It’s so much easier than taking the pill form of all of the supplements I take.

I bought this for my 90 years young mother. I give it to her every morning with breakfast. She has been using the product for 30 days and it's probably too early to give a detailed review. So far so good. Mother has had more energy and frankly I was looking for an alternative daily supplemental nutrition that was easier to swallow than pills.

I figured out you need to take 1 capful and another 1/2 capful to meet the 1 oz dose stated on the bottle. So not sure 16 servings is the way to buy this…the taste is fine, pleasant. I like that it’s a one and done. Not sure if it has to be refrigerated as it does not state that on the bottle either. But I do..

These are my all time favorite liquid vitamins. Love their B-12 too. Tastes good room temp or cold. I recommend them all the time!

This tastes like you chewed up a vitamin pill! It is soooooo bad.
