NOW Supplements, Methyl B-12 (Methylcobalamin) 1,000 mcg, Nervous System Health*, 100 Lozenges

I’ve found B12 to be a solid support supplement, especially for protein digestion and recovery. It noticeably helped with protein metabolism—particularly useful when sore after workouts. I felt like my body was processing food and rebuilding faster. Taste was mild and easy to take. Overall, a helpful aid when optimizing digestion and recovery.

Hi, Just started using these and I like them. I prefer sublingual B 12 rather than pill form. These are small, dissolve easily and have a pleasant taste; a bit tart berry-ish and not too sweet ( sweetened with stevia and monk fruit extract) The absolute most important thing is that these are 'methylcobalamin' and NOT 'cyancobalamon'. I ONLY use 'methylcobalamin' and that includes in my multi vitamin/mineral tablets etc. I've used higher doses of B 12, and decided to lower it to 1,000 mcg, which combined with my Life Extension multi/mineral daily tablets (300 mcg) is a total of 1,300mcg daily. I change up my supplement regimen every so often, and have reached a formula that works for me. I like these B12 lozenges ( as they're called) and I recommend them. ~DM

I’m a big fan of these Now brand methyl B-12 lozenges. When taking these daily, they help stabilize my B-12 levels and I definitely notice a boost of energy throughout the day. My B-12 levels were running low on my lab test and my doctor suggested that I take a methyl B-12 pill. Sure enough on my next lab test the results showed that my B12 levels had risen significantly and my doctor was happy with the numbers and told me to keep it up with whatever I was taking. I will continue to buy and use these now brand methyl B-12 Lozenges. The taste isn’t too bad either. Great product!

I use quite a few supplements and the NOW brand is one of my favorites and trusted. I purchased this particular B12 supplement because 1000 µg is a reasonable dosage and it is Methylcobalamin which I believe to be the superior form of B12. The only issue I have is that these little lozenges take forever to dissolve under your tongue.

Tasted just fine and gave me the extra energy boost I was looking for. I would buy again.

I had used another brand of B12 for a long time, but didn't notice that it was in the form of cyanocobalamin instead of the methyl form. I have wondered why it didn't seem to help, and that was the reason. When I switched over to this one from NOW Foods, I can already feel a difference and I have only been using it for a week now. This is good stuff!
