VERY Pleased
Originally I was pretty bummed. I ordered this for my nephew. He is super humble, so when I asked him if he liked the gift, He was hesitant to tell me that the glasses were broke. Everything else was in working order (the stones and all the other items that comes with the kit). I told him I would reach out to the vendor. WOW!!!! This company is SUPER responsive. They asked for some pics and within 4 days (or less) my nephew had the replacement glasses. I knew the kit was lux but was a little worried when the glasses were broke. However, the customer service was nothing short of first class.

Missing items
I ordered 5 of these and was really excited, 1 came without the ice cubes, 1 came completely empty. I will be seeking compensation for the missing items.

Nice display
My husband really wanted this set. I don't see the purpose as it only holds the glasses and cubes which will need to be in the freezer anyway. So the barrel really only serves as decor. It's much larger than I expected which makes it difficult to place in our home.So I'd make sure you have a place for it if you decide not to give it as a gift.The barrel is nicely made. The glasses aren't as heavy as they look. They came with an oily film on them which requires a good washing but then I wonder what's in the foam it sits in.You would really have to be a whiskey/ cigar lover to really appreciate this set. Especially for the price, I still don't see it having much purpose other than a talking piece for guest or decor for a bar. I would give it a 3 star but my husband likes it so I gave it a 4 star.
