When trying any new supplements there's always a concern about bioavailability (i.e. how much of the dose is actually being utilized). So far so good. No ill effects a be appears to be effective.

Purchased to improve mental concentration ability a bit. Did not notice any improvement. Perhaps after long term use that would change. Was also disappointed by the way it is promoted as a 1000mg 250 capsules, and yet the instructions say to take two to get that dosage...which means it is only 125 doses, not 250.
