Poor quality
The item is certainly NOT HEAVY DUTY, AND DOES NOT FIT MY REQUIREMENTS

Ok
If you need a heavy duty drill then don't buy this. I have a good pillar drill in my workshop but needed a light duty drill for craft work that would handle 3-6mm drill bits. For this use, this drill is perfect.

Compact size, quiet motor, well made for the price.

Good in Parts !
Good, value and well made, but definitely NOT "heavy Duty" apparently underpowered motor, and small chuck size makes it fine for hobbyists, model makers or light D.I.Y work but not really up to more demanding tasks.

Far from heavy duty
Sadly this pillar drill wasn't for me . The description "heavy duty " is somewhat misleading. I gave it 3 stars as it would be suitable for model making but not much else. Lacking any great power to drill thicker wood . The frame is very light and bends under load and the motor almost stalls above a half inch drill bit.Had to return for credit and bought a corded power drill to do it the old fashioned way. But for a modeler it would be fine .
