Great little fan
Nice amount of cable, the fan can be angled up or down and with the three speeds, this makes a big difference. On low it's pretty quiet, medium a little louder and full power is actually quite powerful for a little usb fan and obviously noisier but definitely acceptable. Highly recommend

Great little fan
This fan has been ideal in the past few very warm days we've had recently in the UK. It plugs into a USB slot on a computer and can keep you cool while you're working at a desk, or it can be pointed at a laptop to keep it cool while playing games. It's got 3 modes, the first mode is pretty quiet but as you go into the higher speed modes it does get a little bit louder, but it's not annoying. The colour is nice, as is the length of the cable, and two small rubber feet keep it stable on a flat surface. The 360 positioning is great too, as you can place it on a bedside table and position it to be blowing onto you directly or more into the air around you. It's a handy little fan!

Great, low every fan, noisy on settings above 1
I bought this fan to use in my camper van, but it's also been used at my desk for keeping me cool. It's very light and feels well made for the price. With fans I generally only need a low setting in order to keep air moving and stay cool, and I've found this fan rarely needs to go above the low setting. On low I feel it's quiet enough to sleep through, however above low I feel it'd be too noisy to sleep through (I'm a very light sleeper, others' milage may vary). What impresses me most about the fan is the low power draw. Plugged in to a USB port or plug is obviously no problem, but I've been able to run this fan for many hours using just a portable power bank which essentially makes this fan portable and great for commuting or in small spaces without a power supply like sheds or garages.I use a bulldog clip to attach mine and have had no issues with it moving or falling.

Small and powerful
Honestly, when it arrived, I thought, cheap! I did, I was not expecting this little fan to be powerful, 3 speed settings butsetting 1 is plenty enough. Not often you find a bargin that actually performs really well. I really like it, not too noisy either. Never judge a book I guess.I give it 10 out of 10.

Excellent quality for money
This fan is actually very good, not just for the money, but very good. It remains balanced on its frame at any speed and is powerful even at speed 1. Naturally it is not silent, you are not going to get a small usb powered fan at this size that is, it's just physics, it needs to spin fast due to it's small sized fan. At speed three it is much more powerful than I expected which was a pleasant surprise.I definitely recommend this fan and would buy again with no issues.

Small yet mighty, but maybe not quite so silent....
The media could not be loaded. This is an awesome little desk fan. I was quite suprised by how powerful it is at top speed for such a small fan. There are three speeds to choose from and you can toggle through these easily with the button on the back. It's difficult to really explain the different settings so I've tried to use a little piece of paper in front of the fan to give you an idea of the power at different speeds. The first speed is quite gentle but I prefer either this or the second speed as I find the 3rd too much for me when I'm sat directly in front of it, but there's an option suitable for everyone.Although advertised as silent I wouldn't call it that myself, and certainly not at the highest speed. Personally I expect a bit of noise from a fan anyway so I'm not too fussed but if you really wanted silent it's worth bearing in mind that there will be some level of noise. The fan is adjustable 360° vertically so you can set it at an appropriate angle for what you need which is great. It's powered by standard USB-A and the cable is a decent length. Underneath the fan there are two little rubber feet which keep the fan from moving around when it's switched on.All in all it's a great little fan.
