Purchased beautiful new dining chairs and wanted to protect them from daily wear and stains without poisoning ourselves with chemicals. After a great deal of research we chose this product. It took both bottles to cover six chairs. A year later, I accidentally dropped a black sharpie and marked a chair. Near tears, it's a sharpie mark after all, I gently rubbed the area with a microfiber rag and warm water. Could not have been more relieved that the stain came off with no residual mark or damage. Cannot recommend this product enough. Am purchasing more for a reapplication.

Not a fan of pumping the spray

The product seems to work well, however be aware that you will need to apply 2 coats. I purchased 3, 250ml bottles totalling $100. I'll need to spend another $300 to finish spraying my sofa, including a second coat. It says you should apply twice a year, so it will be a $600 per year investment. I'm not sure that I'm willing to do that. Each bottle covers approx 7 sqft, so double the sqft coverage you need (for 2 coats) and estimate your costs first.

It turned my water-resistant (not very) jacket into a waterproof jacket that kept me dry after hours in the rain.I used the rest on another jacket. It mostly works but not nearly as well. I suspect the difference in materials of the jackets makes a big duffrence.
