This was very hard to find. I needed it to for a toilet supply line in my RV. Most hoses with 1/2 inch FIP threads on one end, have something else on the other. Many of them also have large plastic covers you use to hand-tighten them (which wouldn't have fit for me).This hose appears to be very solid and well engineered.One caveat: Because of the hex connectors on the ends, there's a risk of over-tightening it. Hand tighten it, then give it another 1/4 turn with a wrench. Turn on the water and if it drips, tighten it just enough to stop the dripping. You can dry it with a paper towel, then use a dry paper towel in a few minutes to see if it's still dripping.

Perfect for my application of fresh water supply line between 1/2 inch pipe on one end to my automatic horse waterer with a 1/2 inch male fitting on the other end. The flexible hose allows me some play in placement of my horse waterer. The metal reinforced hose keeps the horse from chewing it in half. The cone shaped washers allow you to finger tighten the nut with NO LEAKS. And the Price is reasonable.

They allowed me to complete my repair and were of good quality.

Very nice product. Easy to install and works very well. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that the bottom end of the threaded shaft had a small metal burr that I had to remove (to minimize risk of leaks) before I connected the water line (and there were no leaks).

Perfect fit in my camper. Definitely quieter than my plastic OEM hose.

I used these to hook up my instant-on hot water unit to my shop sink. They work great and are much longer than what i was able to find locally at many hardware stores.
