After reading some of the reviews here though I would give them a chance and try them as a diabetic I need to make sure I keep my body in good shape and eat three meals a day, but since I am getting older it is getting really hard to eat 3 meals a day now. I have opt-out to just taking my breakfast in the morning and a light tea at 18:00hrs/pm keeping control of my glucose and staying active. Started taking these B12 Tablets with no issue so far and feel a lot better in my activities and a lot more alert. My parents did say when you get older you do not eat as much as when you were young as I am always active on the move.I would recommend these small tablets easy to swallow and no side affects to report either would recommend them as there the same company I get the liquid form from and I like the tablets no after taste in your mouth.
