I work from home and find myself having to warm my drink up multiple times a day. I purchased this warmer for my work desk and I’m absolutely loving it! It keeps my drink warm and I no longer need to keep getting up to warm it. It’s also really way to use. Please note that if your desk is wood then it does heat up so I’ve just placed the warmer on a coaster.

I often had to reheat 1/2 mugs of coffee in the microwave or just throw away. I hate drinking out of a thermal-insulated mug, so I decided to try this product.It works REALY well.Do not press your fingers on it once switched on, as some people have done according to reviews, it is a HOT-plate. Would you test a hot-plate in your kitchen with your hand?As soon as it was plugged in it heated up VERY quickly, and by just hovering my hand over the top I could feel the heat radiating from it.My mugs do have a very slightly concave base, but this still keeps my drinks hot( the mug itself heats up)I cannot notice a temperature difference between the 2 settings - as is claimed in the instructions - and I have some doubts about the longevity of the product, but so far I am VERY pleased with it.

Nice design - simple and easy to use. BUT, as someone else pointed out, unless you have a flat-bottomed mug this does not work very well. And most mugs do not have flat-bottoms - I don't have a single one so the coffee/tea does not stay very warm and nowhere near hot. I am now ordering a special mug to see if that works better - it should, as the base itself does get hot - but so far it is a bit disappointing.UPDATE: I have now got my flat-bottomed mug and it works brilliantly. So well that I have now bought another warmer plus another mug. The combo does exactly what I wanted and I am v pleased with the warmer - discrete and effective.

Cool product for the home! its amazing how many people haven't seen one of these when they come round your house.I would buy again :)

I work from home and thought I was fine with making multiple trips to the microwave to keep reheating my coffee. But no more! My focus is no longer interrupted and my coffee is always the perfect temperature. I didn't know how much I needed this! The red setting is ideal whereas the blue setting is a little cold for me. I'd recommend plugging it in somewhere you can't accidentally catch the wire (learnt this the hard way), and like others have said it does get hot underneath but I haven't found this to be a problem on metal, MDF, marble or glass surfaces. I also use a flat bottomed mug as it conducts the heat best. It makes my working day better so well worth it IMO!

Bought as a gift for my husbands home office. He really like the idea of a cup warmer, however he would prefer a USB one.
