Pip Lancets | All-in-One 30G-1.6mm Safety Lancets | Sensitive Fingerstick for Blood Sugar Monitors (100 Count (Pack of 1))

I have been using this Pip lancets for about two years now, and I don’t know how I ever got along without them. They make finger sticks for blood glucose testing easy and pretty much pain free. I used regular spring loaded lancets for several years and always dreaded it. In addition, you had to load the needle assembly into the barrel, then disassemble to toss the used needle away. With the Pip lancets, you just twist off the little white cap, press the tip to your finger, then toss it in the trash. I’ve only had 2 failures to draw a drop of blood in several hundred sticks. They’re quick and pretty much painless. I love them!

I will start by saying that previously bought the 1.0mm version, but could not get enough blood to work with my monitor (CONTOUR NEXT ONE Blood Glucose Monitoring System). After getting the 1.6mm version I did well and got the right of blood for my monitor. Also are much easier to use than the lancing device and lancets provided with my monitor.

Absolutely love these. No pain. Easy to travel with, very portable. Appearance: cute.I recommend getting the sample kit 1st to see what gauge fits you best and you get 1 travel case that holds 8. Just purchase a second travel case or carry in your tester case.I love these.

Once you start using these ypu can't go back. Easy to use. Plus you can toss in trash after.Per my son no pain.

It's painless

I have difficulty obtaining enough of a blood drop. These purple lancettes work most of the time (95%). Also a good backup to regular lancettes.

Will I finally get over my instincts to avoid pricking my finger? Probably not.But it doesn’t take me 20 min to poke a hole in myself so I can test my sugar like a strong independent girlie I want to be.If I have to do it myself, this doesn’t suck and I’d recommend. You too can prick like a boss.

Love these pen needles! Used these needles a few years ago, but decided to go with a cheaper brand. Not always but sometimes it really hurt when giving my injections and then it would leave this big black bruise that lasted a couple of weeks. Sometimes my belly would be covered with these bruises. Thankfully I came to my senses and went back to the Pips brand. Yes I pay a little more but, it is so worth it to not be covered in bruises and to barely feel the stick!
