Really great product for GI repair

I've been weight training for 12 years and have taken L Glutamine off and on since I started. I've been through many brands and doses.In my late 20s, L Glutamine started giving me grief. At first I wasn't sure if it was the amino, me, or the brand. So I tried many different combos and brands, such as Naked, Jarrow, and NutraBio.. to name a few. All of them gave me stomach trouble at 5g dose. This is the only brand that works well. And, my taste buds actually crave this stuff and aquired a taste. Fireworks go off when I take this stuff.I have 5g right before bed for muscle growth and repair, and to help the gut and small intestine. (Mainly for muscle growth though, since it has very noticeable effects when taken before bed.)

Taking this product for leaking gut. This is the first Lglutamine product that i have tolerated without side effects such as headache. I am slowly increasing the dose to avoid any side effects.So far so good. Great product.Update..this stuff is a miracle. It changed my gut around. I went up slowly to 3G..on my 3rd day of 3G.(spaced out in 5G throughout the day). Now i will taper down to a maintenance dose. Still no side effects.My gut is so much better. I am so grateful for this product.

I take the Klaire Labs L-Glutamine powder to help my rheumatoid arthritis. It helps with the leaky-gut syndrome. I take a scoop every morning in my smoothie or just in water and have been doing so for over aa year. I have a lot less pain and swelling in my hands and fingers and I just feel a lot better than I did. More energy and stamina and just a better sense of well-being. A 12.38 jar lasts about 2 months and I am sold on this stuff. It is on auto-ship!

It doesn't have a taste so you can add it to anything. I just use a small amount of water and done! I will buy again.

I have taken L-Glutamine powder before without any problem. I do not know if this is a Seller issue or a manufacturing issue. I am scared to keep taking this because every time I did I started having UTI type symptoms as in pain when needing to pee, like the supplement was severely dehydrating me even though I drink plenty of water and have a very healthy diet. I started to wonder if the contents of the bottle are not what they say they are. I reached out to the manufacturer SFI and they told me that Fortress Brand Wellness is their Authorized dealer. So, I recommend going through an authorized dealer if you don't want to lose all the money you invest on a supplement. I was unable to receive a refund. So, my one star is mainly for the seller because so far they have not accommodated me as a concerned consumer. SFI, the manufacturer is looking into the situation and has been receptive in the situation.

I got this for my mom, who used it to heal her gut. She really liked it and found it to be effective and without side effects, and she has very delicate digestion. Only giving 4 stars because the price is very high, and she now uses the NOW brand which is much less expensive and she feels is just as effective, and also without side effects.

This is my second bin of LGlutamine as I work to heal my leaky gut and I definitely feel a difference when I take it consecutively. Less inflamed and less bloated!
