Appears good quality, complete and perfect fit
Doesn't seem cheap quality. (Time will tell). Works exactly as it should. Simple fit. Not worth repairing the old pump when they are this price and quality.

It worked!
For just over £20 and about an hour of my time I have saved a huge bill from the BMW main dealer. They intended to replace the entire. Compressor unit for my air suspension and wanted over £3000 to do it. They clearly know that the whole compressor doesn’t need replacing, but if every tenth customer says yes, instead of giving them a rapid palm-reading they still make a fortune. I don’t know how long this little gadget will last but a new one every week would be cheaper than what BMW want.Easy to fit and cheap - what more could I want?

Perfect Fit for F11 BMW 520d Touring
Although this is promoted as suitable for Mercedes and Audi, it's compatible with BMW 520d (2010) touring as well. After ordering one which was designated for BMW, it didn't fit, so I did a search for others and this one popped up. It looked identical to the one I'd removed from my compressor, and lo and behold it was. Fitted today and all working absolutely fine.

Will Not Fit My F11's Aerosus Compressor - CHECK FIRST
My advice is to remove the solenoid on your compressor first and check whether it matches this one. My compressor is an Aerosus one. After I removed the compressor and cleaned it down, I discovered that this solenoid would not physically fit the compressor, because the black plastic insert part is too long and therefore will not allow it to be pushed all the way home. This one also has the red rubber seal visible and wrapped around outside that plastic as you see in the ad's photo. On my old solenoid, this plastic section is shorter and the rubber seal is hidden between the solenoid metal and the black plastic insert. The tip is also flat on my old one. This manufacturer seems to have ones like my old one but they are being advertised as being for Mercedes. Again - check your existing solenoid first to make sure it is a match physically.
