Great taste, no dry chalky taste like most health bars.

I have been buying these for a few years. My family really, really likes them. Only 140 calories. It's almost like eating a candy bar...except...you're getting 35% of your daily fiber. A healthy diet consists of 25-38 grams of fiber a day.If you're not used to eating a lot of fiber, I suggest you start slowly with these bars...maybe only eat 1/2 a bar a day. Otherwise you might get gassy & uncomfortable. Also, be sure to drink enough liquids as you increase your fiber intake.These are chewy, drizzled with chocolate and have just the right amount of semi-sweet chocolate chips. After my gastroenterologist advised me to eat a high fiber, diet I found that several Fiber One bars were very good at providing the high fiber. The five pack is almost a waste of effort because I will eat, perhaps four in a day.I find it very useful when Amazon shows a box of 36 for sale. This is more and more rare.

I LOVE THIS FIBER ONE OATS AND CHOCOLATE BARS. I eat one a day and they keep me going and also make me feel I ate a candy bar. It helps me go and also helps me stay on my diet because the bar is so tasty. I will purchase this product again and again. This is the Best Fiber one and the Lemon Fiber One is second for me.

granola bars in general are not my go to snack, at least that's what I said before I bought this bar. I like the extra fiber, and I love that my children like it too. Now I don't let them eat them every day. Kids need options when it comes to snacks, and this bar give them that. It gives them a delicious taste of chocolate and added fiber they really need. It's a win win.

I don’t think I even ate half of the box. I finally just threw them away. You have to have something to drink if you eat these. Maybe it’s only me but I didn’t like them. I didn’t like the flavor either and I love oats and chocolate.

I'm not one to normally eat breakfast because of the inconvenience so I buy these and eat for a quick breakfast at work. Flavor is great. These are similar to the Chewy granola bars but a little bit larger size and better flavor. I've been eating these off and on for a couple years. They are my go-to for quick and easy breakfast.
