Not Good
The 50Pcs Silicone Healing no Pull Piercing Discs for Piercing Bump I do not recommend. The discs were far too large, which caused them to pull uncomfortably on my new piercings. This resulted in a very uncomfortable experience.

Not sterile after opening
They all come in one big sterile packet but once opened they are no longer sterile which is kind of pointless.The disks are good quality silicone and are easy to use. They are pretty soft and comfortable to wear.They stop your healing piercing from moving around as easily and stretching the hole.
