Terrible Experience
Terrible experience with this product. Worked well for one year. Problems started after renewing AMC . Since July 2023, I have raised complaints 6 times so far. Water starts leaking every 15 days after they come and change some valve and go each time. They say the problem is due to rain water/water supply!! Very well, even if that is the case, is their product not capable of handling these scenarios?? Recently, I have raised a ticket on 3rd October. After several escalations, they attended on 14th October-as usual replaced the valve. And as the technician was ready to leave, the leak started- he says that the sensor has to be replaced now. This product is good for use and throw- serves for not more than one year. I would not recommend investing in this product.

Installation and demo not done even after 2 weeks
Free installation of the aquaguard equipment and demo was not done even after 2 weeks. When contacted I was told this model is not listed in their product list. Amazon to pl arrange quick installation n demo. Else pl take it back.

Late Installation
I waited for more than 10 days and no one called me for installation and my life was striving for water. I tried complaining on various portals and didn't find any solution. Eureka Forbes's customer service is pathetic.
