Using in December. It’s so deep & roomy. I love the trunk style shape of it. I only need this 26” size trunk to travel. I like the narrowness and height of it too. The inside lining is made with beautiful yet sturdy material. Two nice storage bags came with it and they match the coral lining. There is also a hidden pocket for an AirTag. Each inside packing area also zips closed, keeping your cloths and items packed in their place. Once inside flaps are zipped up, each side also has huge, flat pockets with zippers to store more items. Rolls & spins so gently. It’s such a classy, beautiful piece of luggage. I’m thinking I may get a cover to protect it when I’m flying. This trip is a cruise so I’m driving to port. I cannot wait to fill it up and use it 👍

This suitcase is beautiful and well-made. However, it does not expand which was disappointing. I returned it for that reason.

The media could not be loaded. I spent a lot of time researching suitcases for a recent trip to Japan with several hotel changes and luggage transfers. I ended up purchasing four bags, two different quality Delsey bags and two same quality TravelPro hardside checkin bags. This one was the winner. I was really happy with the toughness of the exterior shell, as well as the stability of the handle and smooth glide of the wheels. The shell did get some scratches and marks, but I expected that with the chosen color and with the amount of transferring that occurred on this trip. The thick zipper could be tricky to zip which could be annoying to some people, but I found it to be extra secure and tough. I did have a zipper tooth misalignment issue with another brand’s bags which did not happen with the Delsey bag. Overall I was really happy with the quality of this bag and the price that I paid. I expect to be able to use this bag for several years.

I’ve had my eye on this luggage for over a year. I even had it in my carts on both Amazon and Delsey’s site. But I just couldn’t pull the trigger. My worries were the color, the single zippers and the sizes. When Amazon had this at a ridiculous price during Prime days I just couldn’t resist. I spoke with a lady at the DWF airport for had the carryon with her. It was very pretty and I asked if it was new. She said she had it for about 6 years. It resists scuffs and easily cleans up after a trip. While it doesn’t expand, its large interior holds a 2 week trip of clothing. I use the carryon and an underseater for a weeks trip and it holds all my makeup, shoes, hair care appliances and clothes. While my daughter says this luggage is only for private jet trips or appearing in Hallmark movies, I think it’s luxury at its best. Thanks Delsey and Amazon.

Horrible quality, I’ve always wanted to get this bag it was my dream bag. I travel at least several times a month so buying this bag was super exciting for a well seasoned traveler with many different carry on bags. After only a couple uses the bag got dented super easily. I have never checked it in, so it likely was when in the trunk of a car along with our other luggage’s. In my many years of traveling I’ve never had this happen to any other bag, even ones I checked in. Worst of all it’s under a year I’ve had it but the manufacturer doesn’t offer any warranty against this. For the amount of money I paid truly disappointed, will not be using this brand ever again.

*update! I also bought the carry-on plus size and it fits/nests inside the trunk size! Yay! I was afraid it would not nest because the trunk is an odd size, but it fits entirely inside and zips up for easy storage.I have been debating if I wanted the traditional medium or the trunk medium and finally decided on the trunk medium. It is bigger than I was expecting which I love. One side is much deeper (like 80%ish) and the other side is shallow (20%ish) both interior sides are full zippered. Also the exterior bag zipper feels super strong, I’ve never seen a double zipper before, what a great idea. I always worry about my bag zipper popping open and my clothes going everywhere but not with this bag! When I put this bag next to my Samsonite large bag it’s about an inch shorter and 3 inches less across but thicker by about 3 inches. So it’s less wide but thicker, a skinnier from the front but fatter from the side rectangle than traditional bags. Overall the quality seems great and I love the unique old school vibe. What sold me on the trunk style is finally being able to use the stands that hotel rooms provide!! I also got the matching backpack which is great. This bag is tall so the nesting feature with the backpack doesn’t leave much handle (see pics), but not a big deal for me. This will be so easy to spot on the luggage carousel.

I LOVE the Chatelet 2.0 series from Delsey. I literally have every single piece except the pet carrier, garment bag and crossbody. This was a replacement purchase for my carry-on that was damaged the first time I checked it in 7 years (sob). As a huge traveler(wife to airline pilot)-I have tried every high -to low end luggage -wspinner to 2 wheels-hard to soft side-tuning to Amazon brand-this Delsey is my absolute favorite EVER!! Real leather handles and trim-wheels work well w no problems w suitcase falling(happened recently w a $350 piece!)… you will be pleasantly surprised at the durability and quality w this brand!!!
