This is a favorite flavoring for venison jerky!!

Easy to use

I purchased 4 flavors Hickory Blend, Hunter’s Blend, Mesquite Blend, and Mandarin Teriyaki. All 4 flavors are good, they are both mild and flavorful.This was my first time making jerky from ground beef and in the oven. I followed the directions and all went well.Hickory tastes a lot like what people would refer to as Original flavor.Mesquite has the smoked Mesquite flavor to it, and very good.Hunter’s Blend would be considered Peppered. I liked it a lot, strong pepper flavor, but no heat to it, very good.Mandarin teriyaki, tastes like teriyaki and is mild, not too salty or sweet.I marinated the mixed meat over night before drying. The flavors were mildly good. After a week they became even more flavorful and still very good. I’m please how these turned out.

I bought this to try my hand at making Jerky. This stuff is delicious and my jerky tuned out perfect! I used the oven to make it and had to adjust the time a little. But, the instructions are great and the jerky turned out great. I’ll be trying other flavors too!

Great flavor, however, amount appears to have been reduced by at least 25%.
