If the doeses in individual pills were what is the usual functional dose then I would give it 5 starts, however the bottle recommends only one a day and that simply is not enough to get actual results. If you look up how much horny goat weed or ashwagandha you need, the actual recomended doses vs compared you get 1000mg horny goat weed vs the 250mg on the bottle, and 400mg ashwaganhda vs 90mg on the bottle.I just take 4-5 pills at a time. HOWEVER one thing to point out about myself. I'm used to excessive amounts of caffeine like 600mg so like 3 ghosts. I also drink like 4 liters of water per day, and I'm also a 220lbs man. So I would still start with 2 pills to judge how you react before the 4-5 that I do.

The pill only took a day after I took it the next morning I got morning wood so these pills are not really as fast acting as I thought they always take a long time for it to work which is weird I don't get it I don't know if these are for me or not I'm just trying to get my sex life back together but it's harder as is right now smh.
